Dear Sir/Madam,

Letter to all Residents of St Clements

Parking Enforcement

We will shortly be changing the enforcement company that manages parking at your development.

The reason we are making this change is so we are able to obtain a better level of service from an alternative provider.

Please note each property will shortly"receive one resident parking permit for use in a marked bay ONLY .

Permits will be hand delivered by PCM to your mailbox and video recorded for proof of delivery.

Resident's permits are NOT valid for parking in the small car park to the front of the development that serves the linden homes site office, parking here with a resident permit will incur a penalty charge.

Please also observe any no parking signs for parking bays around the John Denham building, parking is temporarily suspended here while construction works are completed. Once works are complete, the parking bays will be put back in to service as soon as possible. Please note parking here while parking is suspended will incur a penalty charge.

If you are a disabled badge holder, you must ensure you display this along with your resident permit if parked in a designated disabled bay.

Holding a resident permit does not guarantee availability of parking on the development; spaces remain available on a first come first serve basis. A permit system will ensure that only residents are able to use the parking bays on the development and prevent any nonresident use.

Please look out for further communications from PCM (Parking Control Management) and keep your permit safe once received.
